You don’t need to know your next address to take your next step.

Maybe you’ve outgrown your home. Maybe life changed before you were ready. Or maybe you’re wondering whether owning a home could finally be possible for you.

You deserve someone who listens to your story and helps you understand your options.

I’m Christal Suttner, Your Sparkly Realtor, helping buyers and sellers across Buffalo, Niagara, and Western New York move forward with clarity and hope.

We’ll start with what matters to you... your goals, your concerns, your budget, and your timing. I’ll help you sort through the choices, understand the tradeoffs, and build a plan around your priorities. Honest conversations. Clear next steps. Room to ask every question, including the ones you think you “should already know.”

To me, the sparkle is hope... seeing possibilities when you’ve felt stuck and beginning to picture what comes next.

Whether you’re finding your first home, saying goodbye to a familiar one, or starting a new chapter, let’s turn “Where do I even begin?” into “Here’s my next step.”
